Welcome to Unravel. By shopping with us or browsing our website (www.wearunravel.com), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Company Information

This website is owned and operated by Unravel Clothing Ltd., based in Bangladesh.

2. Ordering & Payments

  • All prices are listed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka).

  • We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

  • Orders placed are considered final once confirmed.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship nationwide through Pathao and Steadfast Courier.

  • Deliveries typically take up to 72 hours, depending on your location.

  • Once your order is handed over to the courier, Unravel is not responsible for delays, damages, or issues caused by the courier service.

4. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Our policies are simple:

  • Refunds → Only for defective or damaged products (with proof).

  • Returns → Not accepted.

  • Exchanges → Allowed only for size issues, and only for the same design. Customer bears delivery costs.

5. Product Information

  • We aim to display products as accurately as possible, but colors may vary slightly due to screen differences.

  • All products are limited in quantity. Once sold out, they may not restock.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The Unravel brand name, logo, designs, product images, and website content are protected under intellectual property laws.

  • Copying, reproducing, or using our materials without permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Unravel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website.

  • Wear your streetwear responsibly.

8. Disputes & Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

  • Any disputes will be handled under Bangladeshi jurisdiction.

  • While we hope it never comes to that—know this: we’ll fight anyone if needed.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with immediate effect.
